Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to lead and participate in end-to-end development projects. This is a unique opportunity for a developer who is ready to work on international projects. The role is based in India with frequent project-based travel or relocation to Dubai.

Note: Selected candidates must give an undertaking to apply for a passport within one month of joining if they do not already possess one.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture: Identify business requirements and propose efficient Odoo-based solutions or alternatives.

• Custom Development: Design and develop custom Odoo apps, including new module development and existing customizations.

• Technical Operations: Be involved in all development-related aspects of technical operations and deployment.

• Feature Development: Build applications and features that impact everyday business operations.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)

• Communication: Must be Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Programming: Strong knowledge of Core Python and object-oriented programming concepts.

• Odoo Framework: In-depth knowledge of the Odoo framework.

• System Knowledge: Proficiency in Linux-based operating systems (Ubuntu/Debian).

• Version Control: Experience with code repositories like GitLab and GitHub.

• Project Lifecycle: Solid understanding of different Project Life Cycles (SDLC).

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Business Logic: Knowledge of CRM, TDS, HR, and Accounting modules (or a strong willingness to learn).

• Frontend: Experience with Odoo JavaScript development for web client customizations.

• Soft Skills: A strong team player who can collaborate across borders.

• Open Source: Contributions to Open Source projects are a major plus.

• Mobility: Must be willing to travel between India and Dubai as per project needs.
